Chicken Salad Sandwich or served on mixed greens $7.99
A blend of chunk chicken, celery, walnuts, and mandarin oranges on a croissant.
Tuna, celery, cucumber and raisins on wheat bread.
Turkey, lettuce, tomato on Sourdough bread.
Served open face on dark rye bread with cream cheese and baby dill and lemon.
A wedge of English sharp golden cheese, pickled onion, tomato, Lettuce, cucumber, sliced apple & your choice of pickle or chutney. Served with Pullman bread (white) & butter.
The authentic ploughman's lunch consisted of stale bread or a crusty loaf, and an English Cheddar or Stilton, and some variety of pickle. An apple would be included with the lunch to take away the spicy taste of the pickle and to provide a sweet finish, perhaps to be complemented by cider. Ideally, the apple would be of the same variety as that the cider was made from.
English Sharp Cheddar cheese, assorted fresh fruit & crackers.
Fresh greens w/seasonal fruit, walnuts, hard roll w/ raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Seedless grapes with a rich cream dressing, w/ a crunchy pecan topping.
Sweet pears, dried cranberries, walnuts, feta on a bed of greens w/balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
